A Little About Me
I’m originally from the beautiful city of Budapest in Hungary, but since 2022, I’ve been calling the charming city of Hamburg, Germany, my home. I’m a journalist and photographer by trade, and I absolutely love what I do. I’m not just your average coffee-loving traveler. I speak five languages: Hungarian, French, English, German, and Italian. Yup, that’s right! My linguistic skills come in handy as I navigate through various cultures. They allow me to connect with people from all walks of life.
Meet Susi and My German Boyfriend
I also have a super cute travel buddy—my bichon havanese dog named Susi. She’s the fluffiest, most adorable companion, and she’s just as adventurous as I am. Together, we explore new places, sniff out the best spots, and create paw-some memories. Oh, and did I mention I have a German boyfriend too? He’s my rock, my partner in crime, and he adds an extra dash of excitement to our escapades.
My Journey in Journalism
My career in journalism kicked off in 2010, and it’s been a wild ride ever since. I found my groove in cultural journalism, especially in the music scene. I’ve written countless reviews and conducted numerous interviews with artists. I even had the chance to host a radio show for a year. I dove deep into the world of music and culture.
From 2010 to 2016, I worked closely with bands and artists as a manager and PR specialist, helping them find their unique voice and achieve their dreams. One of the highlights of my career was working at MÜPA, Budapest’s premier concert venue. I got to interview international musicians, creating concert films, and basically live my dream job.
My Passion for Photography
When I’m not writing, you’ll probably find me behind a camera. Photography is another one of my passions, and I love capturing the vibrant energy of live concerts or the serene beauty of travel landscapes. There’s something magical about freezing a moment in time and sharing it with others.
